Our Story

We are a Design-Build, Real Estate Development company located in San Gabriel Valley.   Our mission is to improve the quality of buildings in working class neighborhoods throughout L.A. .  Many neighborhoods are plagued by formulaic stucco-box construction, and our goal is to provide innovative,noninvasive modern design concept that provides better living/working space and a pedestrian-friendly streets-cape.

More time spent on design improves the quality of space using the conventional materials and construction techniques. Our vertically integrated approach provides further cost savings. Having the contractors, architects, and developers in the same office, we create a design that is optimized for construction, financing, and living.

Our philosophy can be found in the corporate worlds of Target . Target hires a couture fashion designer, Isaac Mizrahi, to develop a line of women’s wear and world famous architect Michael Grave to design house-ware , all accessible to Target shoppers. Better design does not mean expensive.  

 Good architecture is about how people actually inhabit and relate to their environment thru time.  The space shall anticipate the need will change and growth.  We are interested in creating an “affordable” environment that endures and inspire flexibility and sense of freedom.
